This photo of a 1914 Model T Ford being driven by a man dressed for a hot summer day in 2007 in Detroit, Michigan provides a stark contrast not only in vehicles, but also in architecture and apparel. A few minutes previously I had enjoyed a ride through some of the older area streets as the only passenger in this vintage automobile, whose special license plate reads MICH 1914 in the lower corner.
