Lovely work and so hard to capture birds in those green trees as they flutter in and out so quickly. Congratulations on your feature in the Gallery Wall, Ann! :-) Maggie

Congratulations, Ann! Your wonderful photograph was selected to be exhibited on the homepage of THE GALLERY WALL where are theme this week is all about...trees! Besides, without them how could one check out all the birds if we didn't have them!

Many thanks for your gracious response, Michelle. I find watching bird-watchers fascinating, and they are much easier to photograph because they stay still longer than birds.

Bill, many thanks for your kind comment and anecdote. I find photographing birders much more satisfying than trying to capture the birds, which are much too elusive for me.

Great capture Ann! Reminds me of when I went hiking at a state park here in Maine--when I came around a bend there was at least a dozen photographers, all with their telephoto lenses pointing in one direction....there was a moose across the lake! Wish I had snapped a picture of that scene.
