Thanks for your interest in my image of the cross-currents at the sandy tip of this wooded point of land, Kevin. Actually, I don't recall having seen cross-currents like this anywhere else, in my limited experience, though I have heard of them and their treachery. People are warned not to wade in the water at the tip of Pelee for fear of the undertow... children are particularly vulnerable to danger, I understand.

I love this impressive capture and image!! i don't recall seeing anything like this before!! how interesting, fascinating and captivating to see such different current from different direction merge into one!! for me, this is eye opening image!! stunning capture!! L/F
