Description
Surrounded by traditional baroque and art nouveau buildings, the Dancing House stands on a corner in the midst of Prague, Czech Republic. Designed by architect Frank Gehry and built between 1994-1996, it is composed of two disparate parts, a tower of glass which suggests a graceful dancer and a concrete building with non-aligned windows that seem to join in the dance. Thanks, Marvin. Isn't that something? I had a hard time finding good sight lines to take the building's photo, though.

This is one of my favorite buildings in all my travels. You took it from a great angle. I call the two side by side structures the Fred and Ginger buildings.

Ann, this is a wonderful view of an amazing piece of architecture. Unfortunately I missed this when I was there. Thanks for the view.
