Thanks so much for your gracious compliment, Anne. A fancy hat like this looks wonderful on someone else, even on a mannequin, but I would feel most ill-at-east wearing one myself. Glad hats are not the norm these days!

Your sense of what is elegant is very good, Ann. Women look so nice when wearing such a beautiful hat. My mother wore hats all of her life. Nothing this fancy but she wore them, nonetheless. She would have bought this one just to look at, if nothing else!
