Description
Approaching the entrance to the chancel of The Church of the Holy Trinity at Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the worshiper sees an image of the Lamb of God and reads the words from Revelation 4: 8, "Holy holy holy Lord God Almighty which was and is and is to come." This Episcopal Church held its first service in 1859. Its second rector, the Reverend Phillips Brooks, wrote the words to the well-known Christmas carol, O Little Town of Bethlehem In 1865. Many thanks, Juergen. I had never thought about it, but one really does have to look twice to really see it!

I love this composition Ann; so beautifully photographed - beautiful detail, color and light!
