Description
The 108 foot Wind Point Lighthouse began operating on the shore of Lake Michigan at Racine, Wisconsin In 1880. Though its fog horn, which could be heard for ten miles, last sounded in 1964, the light still serves as a navigational aid. Copyright 2016 Ann Horn. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.
